Mleczarnia Foundation organizes the 1st edition of “Czyli Wrocław.” “Czyli Wrocław” literally translates as “Or Wrocław” or “A.k.a. Wrocław,” and this title reflects the ambition of the festival to represent a dynamic and creative side of Wrocław and promote it to a wider public both in and out of the city. The programme includes theatre performance, discussion meeting, concert and cabaret, etc.

Presentation of a play “Zabawy pod kocykiem” by [:]sceny witkacego.wro, one of the most avant-garde theatre group in Wrocław today.
“Zabawy pod kocykiem” tells a history of Poland from 1939 up to today seen by an apple-tree, a mushroom, a beetroot, an eagle and a hen.

The play recounts a story of Erica Strass, a woman who lived in Wrocław between 1938 and 1971. With her, we walk through a history of the city of Wrocław from behind the scene.

“Dialogi na ręce i nogi” No2
A performance by Teatr Tańca Arka. As the name of the theatre indicates, their performance is a mix of theatre and dance (”tańca”), and their narrative is built and, at the same time, communicated by their carefully choreographed bodily movements.
