AMERICAN CORNER (Dolnośląska Public Library, Rynek 58)
ALIASCON 2006 is a festival of cartoons and graphic story-telling. This event aims to explore different views on cartoon forms and give an opportunity to the public to meet comic authors, publishers and other special guests.

17:15 - Graphic Novels: Something for Everyone // lecture by Laura Caspari Hohmann. In English.
18:00 - The Death and Re-birth of Comic Books: An Examination of the Last 20 Years of Comic Books // lecture by Christian Dumais. In English.
19:00 - From the First Sketch to Publication: How a Comic Book is made // presentation by Marek Rudowski
The festival closes on 25.11.2006 (Sunday) at Medioteka.
